CP2 is responsible for the correctness of the available subletting dates and contacts CP1 with every change in date.
CP 1 receives 2 pairs of keys and is allowed to give one pair to the guests.
Handing out and handing back the keys have to be terminated and will not be charged.
SERVICES CP1
POSTING
CP1 takes pictures of the apartment and posts these, together with all the necesairry information on the Airbnb website.
CP1 informs CP2 about this site and if CP2 is satisfied with the add, the add will be posted.
The apartment is offered to the usual market price.
These will be adjusted seasonally.
The contract terms and conditions of Airbnb apply.
PAYMENT
This service is provided by CP1 unique with 50,00 € invoiced.
The settlement follows the first successful rental.
DATA CARE / CARE CONTACT / FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT / PRECLEANING / ENDCLEANING/ WELCOMING
CP1 takes care of the website maintenance (updating, modification, calender upgrading) to Airbnb, the contact with Airbnb in any problem case of the forward bookings, the financial management and correspondence with interested parties.
CP1 sends a copy of the booking to CP2.
CP1 takes care of a pre-clean of the apartment.
CP1 takes care of an end-cleaning plus 1 laundry.
CP1 takes care of personally welcoming the guests, if this is not possible, by key deposit in a hoard spot.
CP1 stands by the guests during its stay with words and deeds.
A cleaning includes dusting, vacuum cleaning, wiping, stock up beds, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning and at departure: 1 washing machine wash and hang up.
Cleaning excludes windows, oven from the inside, fridge inside, bins from inside.
CP2 receives a hosting checklist from CP1 and strives to fulfill the tasks and purchases listed herein.
END CLEANING PAYMENT
30,- € (apartments up to 50 sqm),
35,- (apartments up to 70 sqm)
40,- (apartments up to 100 sqm)
45,- (apartments bigger than 100 sqm)
This cleaning fees are mentioned seperately in the Airbnb add and will be paid by the guest in addition to the rent.
PREPARING BED FEES
CP1 charges a bed preparing fee of 2,50 per guest.
PAYING OUT
CP1 committs herself to transfer CP2's entitled rental sum immediately to the account of CP2 after receipt of the amount from Airbnb.
Which usually is about 3 days after arrival of the guest.
CP2 receives a detailed invoce breakdown by e-mail.
COMMISSION FEE
CP1 receives, after deducting the posting fee, the end cleaning fee, the extra bed fees a commission fee related to the rental price of

SERVICES CP2
CP2 is committed to provide intact cleaning utensils and equipment resources.
In addition, fresh linen and towels, tea towels, garbage bags, soap dispenders and toilet paper.
CP2 will receive a hosting checklist from CP1.
CP2 creates a hand out for guests with Internet access codes, area information and instructions for the washing machine, dishwasher, sound or video or TV installation. (In English)
CP2 undertakes to notify its apartment to be registrated to the district office and to immediately inform CP1 about the registration number, which will be listed in the airbnb add.
This procedure is not necessairy if CP2 is the house owner.
CP2 is committed to avoid illigal downloads and sharings by dreating a WPA2 key or other ways to avoid it.
CP2 undertakes to inquire in the event of possession of a home insurance, after damages claims in case of damage on the part of the guests.
If there is no house insurance, the rules and contract terms of Airbnb apply.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of a booking, caused by CP2, he/she charges for eventually cancellation costs.
In case of cancellation of a booking, caused by the guests, the terms of cancellation on the airbnb website will be applied.

This agreement is perpetual and may be terminated without notice by both sides within a month.
